Composite Manufacturing

RACE completions have a wide range of composite skills too, allowing composite structures to be made to approved data, including Part 21 subpart G approval if required The engineering team have extensive interiors experience and have worked directly for Boeing and Airbus in the past. RACE are supplying bulkheads, stowages, crew rests and other composite units to the aviation industry on a monthly basis. RACE value some major aircraft manufacturers and airlines as regular customers.

RACE work closely with some of the UK’s premier Subpart JA organisations to ensure that if required all units meet the latest regulatory requirements.

RACE can manufacture most of the components themselves using their routing capability and vacuum forming. Business partners are also used to make moulded shapes although RACE would, in all probability make the tooling in-house.
